Data Storage Policy

Your details will be stored on a computer in accordance with UK data protection laws. They will only be used by Salt & Light in connection to this and other events and communications. Salt & Light do not pass on your details to other organisations. If you do not wish to be contacted by either email or phone please contact the events office and let us know. Cancellation Policy

Amendments

Programme and speakers are subject to change up to and during the conference.

Amendments can be made to existing bookings by contacting the events office using the details above.  There is no charge for amendments to existing bookings.

If you cancel

The cancellation charge is 10% of event fees for bookings cancelled more than four weeks before the event begins.  This charge rises to 20% for bookings cancelled less than four weeks before the event begins.  The remaining fees of any cancelled bookings will be refunded to you.

If we cancel

Refunds will be made in full by the same method by which payment was taken.
