Camping

The Transform site will be arranged by church so everyone onsite will be sharing a camping “village” with their church and still only be a short distance away from many others who they might not know yet. The pricing structure allows you to choose the type of pitch that suits you best.  If you don’t yet have all the camping gear yourself you can borrow or hire tents and equipment or team up with others in your church to cover all the bases.

See the Camping link in the left hand menu for more details on camping at Transform!

Caravans

Many campers bring caravans rather than tents Transform.  Whether you bring your own or hire one just for the event you will need to choose the caravan plot size that best suits you when booking.  Your plot will then be placed within your “church village” on-site in the same way tents are.

See the Caravanning link in the left hand menu for more details.

Offsite Accommodation

If you aren’t a camper you can make your own arrangements elsewhere and come to Lenchwood each day for Transform.  Remember to book “Offsite” as your accommodation type to ensure you don’t pay for a camping plot.  There is a wide variety of accommodation options in the surrounding area. The Offsite Accommodation link to the left gives you a list of B&Bs, cottages, hotels and websites to help get you started.  With the event starting on Saturday and finishing on Thursday this year it should be easier to get week holiday lets and enjoy a relaxing week away.

Catering

The onsite café in the Hub is returning for Transform 2011 with an expanded menu taking in some of your suggestions.  Also, following a successful debut year in 2010 we are pleased to again be able to offer onsite hot meals from Bessie’s Catering.

See the Catering link in the left hand menu for more details.
