The 'Admin Forum' is a forum of administrators, from Salt and Light Ministries and related churches, who seek to envision, equip and encourage administrators across the network.

Envisioning

• Those already functioning as administrators
• Those who would like to function in administration
• Church leaders to see the requirement for good administration to release themselves and other ministries

Equipping

• Sharing information and research that have a common interest among the churches
• Informal networking amongst the churches
• Being available as a resource
• Organising publications (e.g. KickStart information sheets), consultations and seminars
• Learning from each others' successes and failures
• The Administrators' Training Group, including on the job opportunities

Encouraging

• One another humbly to serve another man's vision
• One another through relationship and mutual support
• One another to hone and develop our skills, including reviewing local church admin (systems and/or strategy)

Resources

The Admin Forum publishes a number of resource sheets called 'KickStart'. These are positioned to get you started on key issues, answering the following questions on a side of A4:

• What are the issues?
• Does it affect us? What do we do next?
