Conference information

The conference starts on Thursday 8 March 2007. Please aim to arrive at your conference hotel after 2.00pm.

Dinner served from 5.00pm. Registration from 6.30pm at the Oakwood Centre.

The conference ends on Sunday 11 March, after lunch. Please clear your hotel room on Sunday morning, prior to the conference.

Overseas delegates are asked to make their own travel arrangements to and from the conference wherever possible, or to liaise with their church link in the UK. We can offer help with transport during the conference if necessary. Please let us know.

Accommodation options
1	Make your own accommodation arrangements Increasingly popular with over 50% of delegates, a suggested accommodation list is available: click here.
2	Full conference and accommodation package Our ‘classic’ conference package includes dinner, bed and breakfast in a range of 3* hotels – the St George, Parkmore and Swallow – many with leisure suites. A small number of single rooms are available for a supplement of £25.

Childcare

Children under 24 months can be accommodated in the conference creche (and in the conference hotels). Please do not bring older children. Parents will be expected to participate in a parental help rota. Some travel cots available in conference hotels – please indicate if you need one.

Booking

All accommodation options are now sold out, but you may still book for the conference itself Please book online by clicking here and save up to £5 each, or complete the booking form as instructed. New for 2006: you will need to choose your workshops at the time of booking, so please visit the programme page and make your choice before proceeding to the booking page. Cancellations before 22 February 2007 will incur a 10% administration fee, thereafter 75%. Payment will be taken in British pounds (sterling.)
