A decentralised administration
As a family of churches together on mission we have a decentralised administration. We are churches working in partnership together and do not have a 'head office':
The management of European and CRI finances has moved to Basingstoke, under the watchful eyes of trustee Mike Poulton.
Trustees
The UK board of Trustees oversee the financial and legal responsibilities relating to the UK charity that facilitates much of the work of Salt and Light Ministries in UK and Europe.

Andy O’Connell (EAT Team Administrator) and Lesley West (PA to Steve Thomas and Andy) work part-time from the European office in Oxford supporting EAT, Steve Thomas and coordinate communications, and networking with UK and mainland churches.
David Rolles (based in Manchester) oversees European events and works alongside Mark Harland (Walsall), Director of CRI development.
